Actually I've just started working on a unit-adding mod and there's only 1 unit designed so far - the Aeon Basalt Tech3 tank

However i would appreciate comments/feedback/downloads

Wow that tank looks nice, does it have an unpack animation, cos the armour plates look like they should fit together perfectly (the same can be said of almost any aeon unit pre-expansion, so good work on faction theme consistency). I really feel that that is probably one of the best looking aeon units i've seen.

I still think it looks excellent and i hereby demand that the t2 tank is changed to look like that.

It's true that Obsidian's model was taken for a basis, but there's more to it than just that - build the 2 models and compare. They feel like they are the same manufacturer's toys, but still very different, anyway I'll still be working on this model as well as the others, that's merely a beta.

Side-by-side they look too similar. No two units in FA look nearly as similar. I understand not wanting to createn ew content entirely from scratch, but copy and paste is just

Its not like he's trying to pass it off as a different model or anything.

yes its just a modified Obsidian, but its still better than him making an Obsidian that's just "bigger", its a good start but you should try and experiment with the model more and make it so you wouldn't be able to tell what u made it out of.
