So, today I finished downloading the original SupCom (For the map editor) and thought I should play the campaing for the "backstory". However, when I try to play it, it gives me the application has stoped responding, and when I press more info, it just says APPCRASH. Can anybody help me. And for thouse of you familiar in steam, I did set the launch options to /purgecache

Ok first thing ... this belongs to the SupCom tech support.
Second thing which could solve your problem,
search the SupCom.exe ,run it as admin and use the WinXp compatibility mode service pack 3.

Soory, but you must not be fameliar with Steam, but you cant realy modfiy .exe files that are ascosiated with steam, such as choseing a combatailty mode, or runnning as administration.
RE. EDIT!!!, just after posting this reply, I found out that creating a shortcut weill allow you to create the nessiscary premisions and Combatability modes, thanks.
