Toot didn't have much to his name, and when he did die he lost what little he had. You however have much more invested in this character, so of course the penalty would be greater for characters that have made progress.

Mike It's a 3v1 situation much like Wolfinator, so all enemies can be taken on in one single action (blast). It are anima mages. Basically, you're going to fight ice magic, fire and thunder.

I use a 100% crystal to fend off the remaining creatures, fighting like a dragonlion, immobile. Looks like I'll be coming out on top here, Mwhahahahaha

Okay, I think I know what i'll do;
Having been fore-warned about just such a possibility I opt to launch a preemptive strike before they even finish thier threat! I grab my Lance, and as I go to throw it at the closest Mage, I imbue it with light energy until it glows Brightly, then throw it. Expecting it to erupt into a bright and blinding light(ie DBZ Solar Flare) as it either impales the Mage or even just as it strikes the ground
After throwing it I shield my and Henk's eyes by Turning East and Urging him into a gallop to gain some distance from the mages and then start making my way around the south of the mages' location.
God I hope this works!
Mike

Feeling slightly weaker than I perhaps should be, I quickly appraise the situation. Limbs, no. Shield, no. Ice magic, yes. Etherial body, yes. Hmm.
Then I shriek in an otherworldly fashion in order to get the hang of this ghosting lark.

Falcrack, addressing the two men who have attacked him, remarks "You're my kind of scum!" He makes a more generous offer of 5 gold now, and 3 gold per turn for them to join his crew.
Geoff stands by in order to protect to his master, Falcrack, in case negotiations don't turn out well...

Geoff is dismayed that all he got from looting Toots body was a 2 handed axe. He wanted the pimp-hat, dang it! He goes back to retrieve ALL the items that had been on toots corpse. Toot's corpse and all that it carried is gone. It all vaporized.

I told Toby to head towards that town the blacksmith mentioned, so he should be safe. So that's only 3 creatures :p.

I'm going to need some help here. Could you guys think of superpowers and weird mutations that won't make you insanely powerful but also won't just give the standard +1 on something when you level up?

I'd just kill them. Unless they roll a 6, in which case they die in a more humourous fashion.

Don's listen to DMG Flight, double rolls on movement actions? X-ray vision, can see into buildings and stuff? Extra arms, extra strength, eyes in the back of the head? There's loads of stuff, but i don't think you can make us OP with just one superpower, just as long as we dont become invulnerable/gain the ability to shoot rockets from our chests, and a +1 on certain actions due to something would be fine by me. Or you could give us something cool, but make it come at a cost, e.g. can go invulnerable for one turn, but the next two rolls are -2 or something.

oh god, this isn't going to end well. assuming i get a good roll, survive the ordeal and fuse with Simba(or hazza with toby or w/e), maybe something like a transformation ability? think of along the lines of the Laguz from Fire Emblem. get something like a +1-2 on dmg/rtd or action, downside being that we are no longer human NPCs might not react to us very well. maybe even(depending on what is done) take away some of our original classes to replace with something else(IE say i become a beast creature thingy that transforms when in battle, i wouldn' have much need for a bow anymore now would i?) thus resetting or something, dunno. of course this assuming we don't turn into piles of green go.

The difference is that I would sound stupid as the Guy on a Bison. Guy on a Buffalo has a flow, a ring, if you will, to it. But yes they are not different animals, mine will just hence forth be called a buffalo.
