From now on, I'm going to change a thing about the rolls (just the success part, the fail part is good as it is now).
3 = success
4 = 3, with RTD -1.
5 = 4, with RFD +1.
6 = 5, with +2 experience points
7 = 6, with RTD -1, RFD +1 (so total is -2, +2)
8 = 7, with +1 exp (total = +3). Also: Overshot/overkill, with the goal of added ridiculousness.

Chapter 7 – frozen, more dead bison, DRAGON, MISSILE!- midnight
DeadMG triest to transplant brains again (4-1). Roll to dodge (1). The bison is getting even better in place. Roll for damage (2+1). The brains are out and go somewhere… One dead bison.

Falcrack tries to sell more of his stuff (5). He sells his pair of shoes and all of his fish. He now is 13 gold richer.
*Geoff goes to kill bison and when he meets Mazrix (who is in big trouble, keep reading), he decides to help and stab a bison with his sword (yes he’s got a sword). (3) RTD gives a 3, so the bison gets only half a blow from the sword. Roll for damage (5). This would normally have killed the bison right away, but now it’s only wounded (-2 on everything in his favour, +2 on everything against him).

Hawkeye tries to befriend the lion by letting him eat from the toasted bison (5). The lion eagerly accepts your offer and you have gained a little trust (1/3) and respect from him (1/4). If you can get him to fully trust and respect you, then you’ve tamed him. With the right orders, he’ll also start to gain some real companion fighting experience (If you have either of the two completely full, a backfire won’t make him attack you, but he still might do things you’re not happy with).

Hazza goes to the bank and asks the bankers if he’s got gold on his account (5). You have! 10 gold on your account. Toby is kicked out of the bank in an extremely rude manner and now Toby’s angry and looks at Hazza with a very sad face. Time to do something about it Hazza!

Isik tries to open the banks vault with his lockpicks! (3). You find yourself in a dark spot and decide to put the staff-torch on. The light is faint but you can see something and what you see is brilliant. Piles of gold, silver swords, axes of obsidian stone, spears with diamonds and bows with emeralds. The best thing for an inventor is that there are many charts of technical stuff which will give you a bit of help when you are inventing

K-lord wants to turn the ship’s surface into ice (1!). He actually turns the air around himself into solid ice, encasing him completely. Unable to move any part of his body, he is unable to move any part of his body (duh!). No action for him next turn. He just has to hope that other people will save him but of course doesn’t have to count on the 13 pirates.

Mazrix goes a bit to his north and tries to shoot two bison at the same time (2). He has to put up two arrows at the same time (otherwise it’s two actions) and two arrows are being shot at the same time but you let go too soon and the arrows fall into the ground directly in front of you. There are three bison and they all look at you, with an angry look.

Moose tries to convince the Templars he actually saved his life, at the cost of only a little bit of scorch marks (6). Not only they completely understand they need to be reminded to the dangers of dark magic (they just had it there for practice against dark magic. That’s ok, isn’t it? NO?! Awww…), they also noticed the fact that a DRAGON is flying around. With some anima magic (Where they hell did they get that from?!), they put out the fire and let Moose back in. Moose will soon find out that it’s something bad that made them want Moose back in though.

OrangeKnight tries to re-cast and summon spear and then attack a bison (sorry but that’s going to be too much of two actions so you’ll attack the bison with the spear you’ve got). 6… Roll to dodge (2). Roll for damage (3). The bison is dead, with a spear stuck in his face. The that are left now have three options. Attack Mazrix, OK, or Geoff. They decides for the “easiest” one and attack Maz.

Regabond tries to do some stealing (5). Eight pieces of gold and a dagger! Not bad!

Spuddyt digs DEEPER. DEEPER!!! (1) Not only you fail to dig DEEPER, you also make the sides collapse on yourself. You’ll need an attempt to dig yourself out but because you’re stuck you get a -1 on that roll! Also, you broke one of your legs. It’ll need healing (in any way), if you’re ever going to walk normally with it (you can walk but any attempt to do something fancy with moving around is met with a -3)

Toot runs out of the house and jumps up and down while yelling “SUP BROS” to OrangeKnight and Mazrix. 5-2 (Still naked). They are impressed by Toot (not just the size of his jumps, but also of his axe. The other thing…. Not so much) and they are now acquaintances.

Wolfinator explores the dark hall (3). A success, you find out that using flux can create darkness around you when you fight (Requires 6 or higher). You also find out that most of the darkness has faded away (this action gives +1 exp instead of +2). It seems the darkness is being burned away by fire that’s now rapidly dwindling. Because you now have the ability to see through the darkness again, you have a sense of direction again and there are 4 different ways out (1 is through the fire 100 metres, 1 is around the fire 200 metres, 1 is back where you came from, 300 metres, and 1 is through a crimson red door, 250 metres away from you.

Bison attack! One attacks DeadMG (the only one remaining with him). 3… The bison’s charge is successful. Roll to dodge (3). DeadMG dodges and the bison hits him only a bit. Roll for damage! (4). The damage only damages his already distorted hand. It will continue the -1 on two handed after the distort is solved. It can’t be healed before the distort is solved though.

The two near Mazrix, OrangeKnight and Geoff attack Mazrix (4-2, 3). The wounded one fails but the other one charges. Roll to dodge (4). The bison misses.

Pirates attack! (1x1, 2x2, 2x3, 3x4, 2x5, 3x6) One utterly fails and swings his axe into another pirate! Roll to dodge (1), roll for damage (6). The pirate is decapitated and falls on the one who decapitated him. The two fall into the water. Two drop their axe and have to spend their 6 hours to grab it up again. Two more (3, 3) attack sailors on K-lord’s ship. Roll to dodge (2,2). Roll for damage (5,1). One dead, one unhurt. Three (4, 4, 4) attack another shieldman, anima mage and swordsman (RTD: 1, 3, 4, RFD: 3-2, 5, 6). Shieldsman uses the shield and is unhurt, the other two dodge the damaging blow.
The two rolling a 5 start damaging the ship! The front mast is being chopped down (1/3). The 3 rolling a 6 start to set fire to the ship. The fire is going well immediately (Fire HP: 3, turns into a big fire if unattended to in 3 turns).

The anima mage tends to the fire (4), it has 2 HP (still turns big if unattended to in 3 turns).
The swordsman attacks a pirate (5). RTD (2), RFD (4). The pirate is heavily wounded and tries to hold on to the ship (-3 in next roll, will die at the end of next turn).

From the rift, which has expanded enough right now, three metal darts appear and they fly directly to the ground, exploding when they hit it. The gigantic fire burns a total of 15 people, as well as 3 bison (north of the rift). The building there is destroyed for 50% because of the explosion. Amidst that destruction, another 15 people die!

About 30 people run, screaming in panic, towards the hall of the Aeon Templars and they beg for mercy (guess what happens next).

Move: I run the hell to the spot I was supposed to go in the first place, which was the wall of the building just east of OK and Toot.
Action: I shoot the nearest bison with my bow.

Shouldn't I get some sort of bonuses on my interactions with the Templars, since I successfully persuaded them? It seems silly to roll a 6 on an action and get no bonuses whatsoever.

I was hoping to maybe not be a janitor and get some quests or something.

Hazza, distraught by the look on Toby's (extremely cute) face, asks one of the bank staff if he can make an exception just this once, but he see's the disgusted look on the mans face and a wave of anger sweeps over him. Grabbing an arrow and fixing it to his bow, Hazza attempts to take the bank staff man as hostage (totally not an overreaction).

Everything went better than expected!

Action + Move: Seeing fellow townspeople in need of help I throw the dress at the closest bison and attack it with an overhead chop to the head, hoping the dress will act as some kind of web.

Geoff continues his assault on the wounded bison, hoping to go for a killing blow this time!

Falcrack, meanwhile, has decided to expand his fishing operation. In order to increase the number of fish he can catch, he barters at the dock for a nice new net.

Well, to be fair I didn't say I was attacking, I said "preparing to engage", but whatever.

Also I'm assuming you didn't catch this;

OrangeKnight, it seems really simple that if you summon a weapon, rolling for it is not only for the quality but also on whether you'd actually get it in the first place.

Rolling a 1 or 2 will really not give you a weapon when you summon it. It's implicit to the definition of summon. Failing to summon won't give you the summoned object.

Rolling a 3, 4, 5 or 6 gives you spears of normal to high quality.

Chapter 8 – MERCY – 6am
DeadMG does another teleport (4). Roll to dodge (2-1). The bison stands perfectly still and loses his brains. +5 exp for DeadMG and +5 gold for killing the bison.

Falcrack wants to buy a net at some shop at the docks (5). At a novice salesman, he can get a net for 12 gold pieces.
*Geoff wants to attack the wounded bison but in an extreme rush, naked toot was ahead of him! Geoff goes into a rage, runs around the building and attacks the first bison he sees (6). RTD! (2-1), RFD! (5+1). With a single slice, one bison becomes two half bisons and Geoff becomes Geoff +7 experience! +5 gold for Falcrack, who gets -1 gold for hiring Geoff and -12 gold for the fishing net (-8 total)

Hawkeye tries to be liked more by the lion by letting it eat, but the lion isn’t hungry anymore (5). However, it doesn’t angrily attack Hawkeye but looks with a very cute face at him. Looks like the lion likes you very much, but doesn’t respect you that much either, he thinks you’re silly. Surely you noticed that half a bison is already enough for a young lion. Maybe attacking a bison together might help! (I let one move towards you just now again).

Hazza attempts to take a bank employee as hostage! (6). He now has two hostages instead of one. One scared woman volunteers to be hostage instead of the man but now Hazza demands her to be hostage with the man! Whatever your needs are, you now have twice the leverage!

Isik invents a rope-blade (5)! The rope blade comes out better than expected. You wasted two bow strings and 5 axes on it but it’s powerful, expensive and fancy! Easy to use for spearman, axeman and swordsman alike. Sorry archers but it’s a blade now, no longer a bow. Isik is also a lv2 inventor (has been for more than a turn actually), this gives him the ability to talk scientifically at any moment and that gives a +1 on anything that requires speech (handy if you need to talk yourself out of trouble).

K-lord is iced, so he can’t do anything at the moment.

Mazrix tries to shoot a bison again (6). With something that looks like pure skill but actually is pure luck, he shoots perfectly. Roll to dodge (1-1). The bison stands so firmly he almost kills himself doing so. But then the arrow does it for him (3+1). +7 exp for Mazrix. You are now a level 2 archer and you get a +1 for damage rolls, as a standard.

Moose asks the Templars for knowledge of light (4). The templars give him knowledge but not the kind of knowledge Moose was hoping for. The Aeon society is on the verge of collapse. Most of the templars don’t know it yet and the only reason for the templars in this village to realise this is the rift that has opened. Someone wants the templars to be destroyed completely. Moose is told to find out who is doing this and the main lead is the city of Fart, to the north. The city houses more guild halls and therefore more knowledge about this magical war that began half a year ago and went into the next phase just yesterday. Additionally, the Templars cast a spell on him that gives +5 exp in light magic (making up for the 6 of the previous turn).

To Moose they leave a final message before going out to fight against the rift and the forces that enter through it: Go north!

OrangeKnight tries to summon a new weapon (4). He now has a steel lance. It’s more expensive and more durable than the iron stuff most of the other people have. (Every mage gets a +3 on summoning)

Regabond asks people from the tavern where he can buy magical stuff (1). Not only they have no idea where to get some, apart from the very secluded and dangerous Aeon Templars, they also notice that they have lost money and a dagger! Run away Regabond! Too late, you’re kicked out of the tavern and they called you an idiot who should go to Fart.

Spuddyt chops of his stuck leg and tries to bandage it (5). He’s quite successful but he starts bleeding badly though (the 5 makes it stop luckily). You are now freed but the penalty for movement actions still stands (it’s a -2 and will be a -1 at the end of chapter 9)

Toot throws the dress at the wounded bison (YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO DRESS YOURSELF UP NOT THE BISON YOU MORON!) and attacks it with his giant axe (5). Roll to dodge (3-1-2). Roll for damage (6+1+2)! A GIANT OVERKILL!!! The bison is chopped into a thousand pieces and brains, organs and flesh fly everywhere with the sound of a girls scream! Oh no, that was actually the girl screaming that toot knocked unconscious the previous day! Toot had set that house to fire and now the girl screams while jumping out of the window. She’s very angry at toot (who is still naked) and charges at him with a giant spear! +5 exp for Toot on the axeman part. +5 gold.

Wolfinator undoes his dark affliction (3). +5 experience on the DarkMage level (and +3 on the nerd level). He then heads outside (which way? Let’s roll. Number according to the way it was listed: 4). Wolfinator leaves through the red door and arrives in a dungeon at some place he has no idea which place it actually is. One thing’s for sure though. It is nowhere near a bison. Wolfinator does see a chest nearby though. I wonder what's in it.

Bison attack! 6 bison remain and they continue making a mess in buildings. Two are now near Hawkeye and his lion while the other four moved to Dead, Toot, Mazrix and OrangeKnight.

Dragon attack! He tries to roast the two bison (4, 4). Roll to dodge (2-1,1-1) Roll for damage (3, 5). They’re both turned into a nice blob of fire. The dragon flies away as it sees metal things coming from the rift.
The metal things scream through the air and crush themselves while flying. The blue energy bolts that are emitted surge towards the ground and kill everyone who’s been begging the gods for mercy. Be careful what you wish for! It’s called an RTD for a reason!

Pirates attack (2x1, 1x2, 4x3, 2x4, 2x5, 1x6-3) Two fall into the water for no reason whatsoever. One slips over the small patch of ice on the ship’s deck (K-lord did manage something but only close to his own icy tomb). Four attack some sailors that are running around in panic (RTD: 6, 2, 5 ,2). Two fail to dodge and end up with an axe in their face. They fall down on the deck and the pirates roll them into the water. Two survive. Two attack the shieldsman and the swordsman (RTD: 6-1, 5-1). RFD (3, 1). The damage is minimal. Two decide to team up against the anima mage and only one manages to get a hit (RTD: 6-1, 3-1). RFD (3+2). The anima mage has a -1 on actions for turns 9 and 10. The wounded pirate sets another fire on the ship (6-3). He is successful but can’t move away from it and with a horrible scream he is instantly ablaze. If he hadn’t been drinking so much, the alcohol wouldn’t have turned the fire so big so soon. Another fire at 3HP. Turns big if unattended to for two turns).

The shieldsman tries to push a pirate from the ship (2). He only pushes some barrels around, that start rolling in a random direction.
The swordsman attacks a pirate (3). RTD (1). RFD (4). One pirate is heavily wounded (-2 next turn, -3 turn 10. Dies turn 10)
The anima mage tries to de-ice K-lord (6). K-lord is de-iced but still partially ice. He can now actually stand in a fire to put it down instantly or freeze two people to death (roll is at least a 5). No experience is gained from this because turning you from iced into ice is someone else’s job.
