I thought that would be easily breakable by using Google's image search (the find-like one). Turns out it''s still fairly hit and miss.

What about email confirmation for registering a username? Is that enabled, or would it help?

And may be add a graphical Captcha (I realize that those are not very effective though). And a form min-time. And a user agent check. If those things are not already there.
