This shouldn't be too hard, actually.
There's a block of code that is triggered when ever a unit accelerates (in the proper sense of the word).

Having ships tip when nuked will be significantly more difficult. When the boat is facing towards/away from the nuke, it won't tip. You'll have to check for that manually.
But, an FA army in an FA environment just looks... right.
Does anyone know how to use air transports? I cant get them to pick up troops.
