$40 for six GB isn't nothing.

That's a flat of beer.

And whether it's nothing or not, I find it a bit too much for just one game.

Although 2GB of RAM is going to get a little old now, especially if you tend to play games (so an upgrade now would be for more than just BF3 but to do it just now because of BF3 is a bit of an overraction to me).

Though it's not my problem. I've got 4GB and no BF3

1.) Take off in jet.
2.) Get locked on to/shot down within 3 seconds by the token ace pilot on the other team with all the upgrades who dominates for the entire match.
3.) Ragequit, repeat.

Also, why is the SCAR such a sh­it gun?

I've heard it's one of the best carbines on the Battlelog forums. From what I've heard, it does more damage and has more range, but has more kick and less ammo. And the iron sights are really restrictive.

As for aircraft, I don't fly them unless I'm the gunner on the attack heli. I can't seem to stay in the air for even a minute in a jet and the best flight time on a helicopter I've flown was about 10 seconds before I crashed and burned. So I drive tanks.

The A-91 is a fu­cking monster of a gun but the scar is like kryptonite to me. yeah its
powerful but the amount of spray is horrendous.

Also when you say the sights are restrictive, what you mean is, it takes up literally HALF OF THE SCREEN. I don't even have the patience to unlock the reflex sight for it because it pisses me off so much.

The A-91 though.... ♥♥♥♥

Went all Tom Cruise on a bunch of Russians.

And also kept switching between pilot and gunner every death with a buddy in a Cobra destroying all armour, anti-air, and helicopters we could find.

1. Get in to AA tank at start of map.
2. Get in to a nice hiding position.
3. Take down enemy aircraft in a short burst of fire.
4. Repeat 3 for profit.
5. MORE PROFIT!

I've done that for several games now, making our team have air superiority, and al you supcom guys here all know how important that is to have!

Jets are more effective against enemy land vehicles than against other jets. Even if you get tucked in behind someone, it's not easy to hit a jet.

I just had a great round, shot down a few planes and a chopper, unlocked IR flares and heatseekers in the same round.

Proper top gun.

Also my mouse is the logitech one that has sensitivity buttons on so I can change it on the fly (pun intended) and also when im in slow turreted vehicles. Then when the time comes to bail I can just switch it down to FPS levels and carry on pwning.

I'm having a problem with BF3, it does not seem to want to load a multiplayer map. It just says in the bottom left corner "Joining game..." Nothing happens.

Anyone encountered this? Couldn't find anything related to this on google. Only some had the same trouble but with bf3 beta but that fix did not work for me.

I play a lot, but recently my Internet connection has been spotty so I don't risk my connection dropping out in the middle of a match.

The only thing I could think of for arty is making sure that Flash Player was properly starting up. Flash is used for the connections between the website and the game client, so maybe that could interfere with the game.

i play from time to time, all my time has been absorbed by Vindictus as of late....

Well, if anyone would like to play a few games, preferably while using the battlenet voicechat, that would be awesome
