The 9500GT will run the game, but not that well. You'll be fine on medium settings, but any higher and the game could see stuttering and low fps.

This Video card support directx 10 and i have directx9,any problem to that?
The Geforce 9800GT will run the game with good graphics?

DX10 on the card shouldn't affect anything. The 9800GT will run FA very well.

And the DEMO of supreme commander (not forged alliance) have the same requiriments of the full version?

thiago i just bought gts 450 a week ago and its FA performance with i5 2400 cpu is very very very very very good  i play with 16x anti aliasing (my resolution is very low 1024x768)

FA runs fine on Windows 7. The 9600GT will run on Windows 7, but it's best to download NVidia Windows 7 drivers for it since the Windows default drivers aren't that good. The 9600GT does not support DirectX 11.

The Geforce 9500GT Work on Windows 7?
The Windows 7 oly have directx 11,and the Geforce 9600GT not its compatible with directx 11,What's this?

Windows 7 supports DirectX 9, 10, 10.1, and 11. So that card will work, but any special DirectX11 features won't be available.

It's considerably worse than the 9500GT. I wouldn't consider buying it.
