So I'm trying to figure out how to get rid of that bedrock fog. I think I located the file that control's the lighting.

Now just to figure out WTF it means.

my mushroom hut is only temporary till i can get my fortress transfered into that epic desert next to the outpost. after which i will fill it with lava to see if mushrooms can withstand lava.


also apparently there is someone who is working on making buildcraft work with bukkit

Buildcraft and industrial craft both worked with bukkit for a while unfortunately 1.8 came out and broke everything. I believe it worked with some form of modified mod loader but it was certainly entertaining although something were redundant.

well once we get all our mods working again then we'll start to establish an economy on the server XD. current server has no mods, use caution around the fort, as it now has a lava moat

Didn't expect 1.9 so soon. These villagers are weird, but mooshrooms?? Notch must be on a good one.

Interesting predicament we have here. There are new blocks in the world now, a fair few actually. Should we restart again, or just hold off till something else comes up?

Also I am going to delete the nether tonight so it will get rebuilt with all the new stuff.

I say keep restarting the server while these updates are pouring in. We haven't built all that much yet, and I really enjoy the early survival phase of exploring and setting up base camps. Once the updates slow and the mods get updated we could settle on a world to build up.
