i Cannot play the Steam version of Dungeon Siege 2 on windows vista
i just pre-ordered dungeon siege 3 and i want to play DS2
everytime i launch the game it crashes any advice?
i tried to go into the game files and edit the video display but it says i dont have enough i think the .gas file is messed up but i tried editing it with no luck what else can i do?

try doing this to teh exe properties,

that isnt even an option for me the newest version i can select is windows xp SP2

i selected run as admin, and now its saying its failing to run because its missing d3dx9_29.dll

do you have direct x installed try installing 9 as that a file that dx9 installs if that fails go to run and try dxdiag.

i have the newest direct x installed 10? 11? idk which ever is newest, i was thinking it was because i didnt have direct x 9 installed, um i guess i'll try that, i went to dxdiag looked at my system at stuff what was i suppose to do in there?

anyone know where to download direct x 9? googles top 10 are viruses what a surprise
