Ok, Here is my Problem. A Friend gave me a Model that he would like to see Ingame, But the file he gave to me is in the Wrong Format (.obj), and I need it in (.scm) format. Can anyone help me?

Model was made in 3DS Max, which I cannot download since my net is too crappy. Can anyone please convert the Model for me?

Heres the File: http://www.mediafire.com/file/n2zfo4yzmwe/FireAnt.zip

I am completely new to modeling and haven't had time to watch basic tutorials yet, but when i opened the object it gave me a warning of 92 non planar polygons, doesn't that mean that the polygons are bent? And isn't that a bad thing?

Well polygons can consist of more than 3 corner vertices, and when that model is converted to something that doesn't really support multi-triangle faces (.scms for example), they will be broken down to triangles according to the face triangulation (they all still consist of sub-triangles after all). So non planar faces should be no problem.

Think you could help fix it Kirv? Or do you use Blender? XD

Blender could import the .obj and export an SCM for you to use. Of course, OBJ files can't store bones, so he'd have to rebone the whole model, assuming there were any to begin with.
