Is there a way I can use a mouse and keyboard to play SupCom, or will they at least add that in supcom2?
I know there's a driver/software missing but can you fix that with a thumb drive or something?

Microsoft won't let anyone do that; nor will regular PC manufacturers.

I've never understood why they won't allow keyboards and mice to interface with consoles. It would open up a whole new dimension of functionality for consoles, and allow for better control schemes for games more suited for keyboard/mouse.

The wii allows certain models to be used via USB port.

But not the 360.

But thats just because Nintendo is kickass.

the XBawks, with a keyboard and mouse, would make a rather affordable high power computer. it's also pretty clear that consoles sales (the console itself) operate at near-zero or negative profit.

it would ungodly amounts of damage to both the console and PC industries if everyone just jumped over to consoles to do their word processing, web browsing and day-to-day work on a console.

everyone except the hacking community wants KBM to stay away from the living room TV.

I remember the keyboard/mouse you could buy for the Dreamcast, was so much better for fps than the pad

How did I not find out about this before! I wonder how well it would work for an RTS, given that console RTSs use different control schemes, and I doubt the PC control scheme would be included in the code...
