As mentioned countless of times before, message GPG-Servo instead.

I don't remember my username, I don't remember my password and the email adress I used to register doesn't exist anymore.
But I have the CD key, the CD, the manual and also the case.
I could take a photo of it and show it as proof.
Is this enough? If it isn't, what should I do?

I've waited more than two weeks and got no answer from The Core Commander.
So I will tell the same to The Arm Commander and hope my problem will be solved.

did anyone solved his problem with the help of those volunteers? i sended the first pm to The Core Commander a month ago and after a week to The Arm Commander too. now i have sended 3 pm to both because they wrote in this topic i should do that.
i dont want to sound angry, im realy happy they even help us but why do we have to hope those volunteers comes online and help everyone, just because gpg cant manage it to send a auto e-mail to their customers??? why dont they have any support wich helps us just a little bit faster? i paid for supreme commander and FA i think i can expect any help from people who work at gpg (or whoever) so i actually can use that feature called "online playing". they actually dont need any people for it they just need a working auto e-mail because i resetted my password and didnt get the e-mail with the new one or a link to change it, they just resetted my password so i cant login anymore.
if i have missed any explanations maybe someone could just write why i have to hope of some help by volunteers.
i want to say again im not angry at those volunteers. please dont be pissed off.

I've waited for 1 month and haven't got a response. If I get no answer this month, I will try to use a key generator.

Send all further request to GPG-Servo.
That reminds me, I should tell him to edit this post.

What or who is "GPG-Servo"?
How can I contact him or it?

You can send GPG-Servo a pm with your request, he is a community manager just like The Core Commander or The Arm Commander.
What you need in that pm is written in this topic.

If by relevant person you mean GPG-Servo, a week or less.
If you mean TCC then you can wait quite a while.

I can understand that somebody doing support in her or his spare time just takes weeks or maybe months to attend my issue. That's okay, I would propably do the same. However, to me as a customer who paid for the product a company and adheres to a contract these support cycles are a bit "off".
If I have to wait "a couple of weeks" it may well be, that these weeks lead into 2010. And all because the gpgnet server fails to automatically send the email for the pw reset to my e-mail account?!
Thus, I wonder if anyone has tried to contact the THQ support service and what experience they have made? Is that a viable shortcut? Or is it more sensible to simply wait and expect access to my account being granted as a kind of late christmas present?
@GPG - isn't it obvious that there are problems with the pw reset process? There are sooo many people having problems not getting the email. Why don't you try to fix this process?

I did (actually, I even did so before hacking in my reply ) but don't understand what you are trying to say.
Being honest, this is not about goodwill - if somebody writes in bold big size letters (they may do so because they are visually impaired) I find it bewildering that the support person, in this case GPG-Servo, may take offense and may refuse to remedy the problem a GPG-customer has. After all this is not a web 2.0 beta website with freebies, but where people put real money on the table.
I think it would take a more dedicated customer support approach than "be quiet and humbly wait for as long as takes. Oh, and btw, hail to the king while your at it." Just my two cents on the process thus far.
EDIT: RE "Password Reset never sends me my password"
Found this bit in the other sticky thread. Maybe that helps people having the same problem.
"The current server host has been having issues delivering emails to some users. To get around this, you can contact THQ for support or currently PM TheCoreCommander to help out. A link to contact THQ has been provided."

update: The US-support of THQ is able to help within hours. They have done the job in less than eight hours! They have reset my password and now I have access once again.
In light of this, I can SOLELY recommend to contact US THQ support directly and DO NOT go down the route of contacting GPG-Servo or TheCoreCommander.

I'm in the same exact boat as Terapixel - can I get some assistance? Thanks in advance.
P.S. THQ's tech support has stated that they don't handle cd key issues and that I should contact gpg about it. I think the real question is, who the heck did I pay money to purchasing this game?? Cause it just seems I paid it to some black hole. Is this the same response SC2 is going to get??
