Hum a nicer cleaner version of this topic with the core maximizers in it.
Does the MadBoris Core max only work for Intel CPUs? If so I recommended it to some AMD user by mistake.

Ya it is a nice clean up. i looked @ it and went WOW what a holy mess of what ever it was
You should recommend amd users that have dual core to use the amd dual core program it really helps, but if they have quad core i am currently not sure about core maximises there use.

Madboris' core maximizer works fine on AMD and Intel cores.

As i said before people should really use the AMD Dual core to get the best out of it, Madbris may work well for AMD quads.

First of all, they shouldn't do anything.
Second of all, SupCom on a dual core or quad core doesn't make that much of a difference.
Third of all, Madboris' maximizer works totally fine for all types and brands of cores so there's no need to distinguish between them.

Again LD AMD make the program for a reason FOR IT TO IMPROVE communication between the cores for NORMAL and GAMING use.
If u never had an AMD system you would not have a clue and NICE work on getting me banned again.
Dual Core Optimizer is a fix for broken clock sync on the AMD cpu's.

The "AMD Dual-Core Optimizer" is only for Windows XP 32 SP2, because there is an issue with multi-cores. You don't need it if you have an other OS than Windows XP 32 and you don't need it if you have Windows XP SP1 or SP3. And you don't need it if you have Windows XP 32 SP2 with the KB896256 hotfix installed and activated through the registry.
The Core Maximizer is not specific to Intel CPUs.

the amd core opti is used for all OS but it not needed for xp sp3, vista and win 7 cause MS have put it into the patches of the OS.

yes, and therefore you only need to install it, if you have Windows XP 32 SP2. It will do absolutely nothing in every other case.

Sticky this. This one is far most up-to-date then the sticky at the top. Until I read this, I didn't even know about 3269, let alone 3280!
