Seraphim has radar on the T1 mobile AA and the T3 mobile AA. When constructed these units start with radar off, so you have to turn it on manually. (This is because it uses energy to run. If you want 4 flak units... they would use -1000 E if all of them were on.)
Aeon does not have radar. This is one of the things that makes them unique. Instead of radar, all units have enhanced LOS and some units have LOS-specific functions. The T1 scout boat, the T2 illuminator, the T2 air scout, and the T3 mercy are all units who's only function is you extend your LOS. Aeon as plenty of intel options.

Version 4 is now released. Changes:
Janus tool-tips now correct
Quantum gates and eye of rhianne now recieve proper discount for adjacency
Harbinger fixed
Isis bug fixed (had to do with harbinger bug, probably)
UEF ACU regen upgrade nerfed from 300 to 200
UEF fatboy AA gun damage reduced by half. Arty cannon damage reduced by 1/4th. Toerpedo damage by 1/4th [done]
MonkeyLord laser now has 33% longer range and the torp ring matches the laser range. [done]
Medusa hp buffed from 140 to 160 [done]
Aeon Frigate HP buffed 1300 to 1400, damage up to 175 from 150 [done]
UEF ACU damage stabalization upgrade now gives 150 regen (from 200) [done]
UEF Repair truck now has overlay indicating repair radius and name [done]
Janus fuel time nerfed from 45 minutes to 20 minutes [done]
T3 PDs now have same range as MML (50 - > 60) [done]
Bug-Zapper cost reduced (3400 mass to 2400 mass) [done]
All T1 AA Towers damage increased about 25%, Build time lowered to 15 seconds [done]
Ahwassa damage doubled to 22000. [done]
Soul Ripper DPS nearly doubled. [done]
fixed original FA T3 TML sub bug (fired at any under-water unit with it's tmls) [done]
Muzzle Velocity for Seraphim/uef increased by 25%, for cybran increased 50% [done]
Ythotha AA muzzle velocity increased. it is now beastly. [done]
SCU resource production rebalanced [done]
All factions have SMD returned to T3 engineer. All factions also have nuke launcher returned to T3 engineers for original FA price (15k). [done]
All SMDs now recieve significant benefits from adjacency with poer generators. [done]
Seraphim Cruiser removed. T3 sub now fires cruise missiles when surfaced. Does not have AA. [done]
Cybran T3 sub torpedo damage nerfed 22 to 18. [done]
Aeon Light Battleship secondary guns no longer always miss. [done]
remove nuke counter on nuke sub [done]
UEF cruiser and Cybran AA missile range increased to 100 (From 75 and 90) [done]
Seraphim T2 Artillery can now also target subs. (And is freakishly good at killing them) [done]
Seraphim Ahwassa can now also target subs. The damage it does to them is massive. [done]
Cybran T1 Light Recon sub balance adjusted for it's tech level. Weaker but also less expencive than T2 subs. [done]
UEF Repair truck now stacks with existing regen buffs, including that of other repair trucks. [done]
Torpeduchet added. Can attack all naval units at long range. [done]
Added aeon unit, tech 1 Pacifist. Mobile AA platform, does no damage but stuns. [done]
Added T3 Seraphim bomber. Can stun groups of enemy units. [done]
Added T3 UEF Bomber. Can fire cruiser missiles at long range. [done]

I just tried to get your mod through the direct download link at the beginning of your thread... it's broken !

The Aeon Obsideon has 100 hp and 700 shield. Also, don't look at any of the changes in a vacuum.

when the UEF bomber T1 are stuned by mobil aeon AA T1, they are invincible.
they does not take damage, or they explode and remain on the screen ...

lol, the unit does no damage. It's supposed to paralyze air units while your fighters take them out.

You might want to go back and fix the seraphim one, you used cybran factories for the t3 construction buildings.

Also, the Aeon boat has a "land only" background. It should have a blue sea background to indicate that it's a naval unit.

In-game descriptions tell you basically what a unit does... I'm working on a guide with words to explain how to use units with other units tactically.

It can reclaim the protected reclaim on a lot of map at once !
