Hey, at least it'll be an unusually good Monday
If you can't wait, go read some of the earlier books or something. Dots needs his time to finish, and we've been spoiled getting it on Thursday in any case
I wonder how Arnold would've taken 5 or so recalls?

Exactly, I prefer quality and getting it later rather than it being rushed but "on time".
And rofl yeah I wondered that too, as I said, poor Arnold would have probably gone into a coma XD
Seem to have taken its toll on Ol' Hall as well, I doubt even Bagby could take much of it since it must stress the body a LOT and Hall looks a tough ol bast.
Anyways yeah itl be fine dots if its a bit later, just make sure ya put ya usual amount o effort and quality into it and make sure its lovely and long with some long descriptive battles.

Chapter 17 No regret is now online!
Sorry for the delay. I spent something like 10 hours in transit friday (train, taxi, metro) with 6 hours of work on top of it. To top it all off, I'm a bit sick now too, heh.

THAT WAS AWESOME
One mistake I noticed: When Arnold is talking, he says Lin, but you spelled it Linh. Probably should fix that.

Thanks for pointing it out. Originally, the first name I created was Linh, but I renamed it to Lin because Word kept underlining it as a mistake

Excellent book dots. Thanks again for your efforts to keep us entertained.
What's the plan for book 8?

Wow... great ending to this story, but I noticed a technical issue; Supcom aircraft work just fine on airless worlds. (at least if map fluff is correct)

I'm hesitating between two time periods for book 8. I have yet to decide which I'll jump into. For next week, I was thinking of spending some time redoing the information thread from top to bottom (since it seems to have problems updating it otherwise, heh).
I could get the book 8 *holder* thread going though.

Do you have the name of the map so that I can double check? I just want to confirm, but otherwise it should not affect the story too much. Worse case scenario, I fill the atmosphere with clouds of volatile gasses and it has roughly the same effect

I believe Concord Lake is airless.

Nice one dots, poor Simmons going out like that, now thats dedication.
Also I was racking my brain where I'd heard that quote about mixing things and seeing what happens before, and I think I've just remembered. Did ya get it from Dr Who with him putting the two uber pen things together? (in the episode with the squidgy fat things. I don't usually watch it but I saw that episode since my GF had it on)
However I'm still thinking about the “I did not climb this high by being in those twenty-four percent. Just send me back there!” one from last chapter though, its driving me crazy so please tell if it is actually from something else.
Anyways as to the chapter, oof just the sorta ending we wanted. Things gettin frantic, battles happening allover the place, plot development.
Seems the UEF + Cybran alliance is fully sealed now, and the Aeon one is in the making, since they showed they were trustworthy by guarding the base, and even Desjar might put aside his differences a bit now. Hopefully they've learned their lessons from last time.
Seems a lotta pilots died but such is war, especially against the Sephys, heck Simmons uber nuke that wiped out half their base didn't even kill one. Nice introduction of the uber sephybot experimental too, can't wait for whatever future chapter ya describe a bigass battle with them using those against the other factions experimentals, *wink.
Great ending. Twas a pleasure reading it all as usual, cheers dude.
