yeah, on most of the maps, the sorain ai's don't seem to be working very well. maybe its just i chose the wrong type of sorain? how long did you guys spend working on these maps? its a great job so far though, and i'm loving playing these. makes me want to try TA. great job!

What i was trying to show though was that Supreme Commander Map units != TA map units (ie. a TA 16x16 map is about 4 times the size of a Supreme Commander 16x16 map)
Edit: They really are awesome maps though, great job!

In Coast to Coast - coast to coast_script.lua:
Code: function OnPopulate() ScenarioUtils.InitializeArmies() ScenarioFramework.SetPlayableArea('AREA_1' , false) end AREA_1 is not defined in the scmap. This is what is causing the errors. Removing the line: Code: ScenarioFramework.SetPlayableArea('AREA_1' , false)
fixes the issue.

Great work guys!
Metal Heck was released also, but it doesn't have the geo spots.
Hopefully Painted Desert, Crystal Maze and Evad River will come out also. Or some of my maps like Spiral Tab and Blazters Beach.
BTW do your moon maps also feature low gravity? This made bombers useless and gave balistic weapons greater range (info for non-TA players)

I don't think the map sizes are much different. I think they just feel smaller because supcom generally has faster units and longer weapon ranges.

Any chance you could add scripting to display number of kills on the scoreboard?
Bonus points for number of losses at the same time!

I played Comet Catcher recently. First I was like "WTF 2 mass spots only, thats worse than arctic...". But in the end I really enjoed playing this map! It felt very different than all the current Supcom maps, very fresh.
I have one appeal: Please readjust the heightmap so that the cartographic mode does not display this ugly bright white. I have spotted this on Lava, but i guess its on other maps aswell.

I did a Painted Desert remake a few months ago. Lost my computer since then and have never been able to fix the remaining balance issues.
(top right spawn needs closer mass points)
If you want you have my permission to fix it and publish it

Um, in the darkside map, my ACU got stuck at the start of the game in the spawn spot in the crater.

20x20? That was the largest map for TA, and its a mostly water map. 40x40 at least or 81x81.

Ooh that PD map looks nice!
I actually saw a custom game being hosted by TAC on PD, but I couldn't find it in the vault.
Nor could I find GoW there. Guess they will be next to be released.
This brings back that loving feeling.
btw. TA's 10th anniversery is in 2 days

Sorry, didnt know there was a Painted Desert already made.
As some of you perhaps guessed the bonus map will be a Painted Desert. Remake of the original TA map.
Here is the screenshot
The map will be released in the comming days. Tuned for balance and eye candy .
