I've tried this with 4DC and I've not noticed any issues.

Hi I have a problem.. I can't activate it... because Advanced Coop FA appear red ??? and I have delete 03_lobbyenhancement.scd in game data and I have enable cheat .....

Any updates ever happen to this mod to address the BlackOps compatibility issue?

The mod being displayed in red can only mean one thing : you are trying to activate it while already in a lobby.
To activate it, simply launch the game, and go DIRECTLY to the "EXTRA" Menu, then click on "Manage Mods" or something (my game menu is in french, so I don't know the exact english name of the button).

I've made it this way because the mod messes with the lobby, so I prefer people not to activate it when already in a lobby.

Sorry for the lack of updates, but I've been working like crazy all summer, and haven't touched anything mod-related so far. I'll try to look into that when I get some time, which should be soon. But if you know of anyone with moding skills that'd do it sooner, feel free to ask them.
