What is the best way to deal with in-game issues as a premium account player. I called xbox live and they referred me here. Is there in game technical support anywhere?

This is the developer forum. You can post your problems here and there is a good chance that you will get help. It would probably help if you would describe your problem in detail though.

The official support is probably by Microsoft but I would try here first because the developers usually know a lot more about their game than the people who are just selling it...
