It seems to me like I've experienced this before.

What you ask? Lack of updates, patches and expansion packs.
OH YEAH, THIS WAS THE CASE FOR SUPCOM 1!!

As I recall supcom 1 got no love from gpg or hell bent games since day 1. I'm talking 360 version, NOT PC!!

Why THQ didn't publish the game for 360 as well is beyond me. That and the fact that we have been let down once again with supcom2.

I'll admit the game Is far better than It's predecessor yes, but the lack of support for the 360 version makes this fact none existent.

Why would gpg spend all this time and money building a game from the ground up on the 360,just to let it flop? I mean come on,out of all the game publishers to choose from you chose square enix?

Square Enix know's nothing about rts games!! Rpg yes,but not rts. Why not EA,or Activision? Hell, MICROSOFT STUDIOS? at least then supcom 2 would have all the updates, patches, etc.

It seems to me like only the pc version get's all the love, which leads me to ask why bother making a game for console, when the publishers not gonna back it up?

GPG is not to blame,I know this. If they could i'm sure they would have every thing equal amongst console and pc version.

Honestly gpg,I think you should have gone with a western publisher, maybe then supcom2 on 360 would have the support and love it deserves.

What if SE was the only publisher available to them? I remember that in SupCom1's case, THQ was the only publisher willing to publish the game. Now FA came along and we all raged over the lack of support and blamed GPG for choosing THQ, but GPG had no choice, THQ was the only available publisher. What if SE was the only company willing to fund SupCom2? We don't know, but you're right that this is deja vu; I've seen the whole trash-the-publisher scene before.

SupCom360 was developed/ported by Hellbent Games and published by Aspyr games. It was not developed by GPG and it was not published by THQ.

The only involvement of GPG was giving Aspyr/Hellbent Games all the stuff they need to port it. 505 Games published the European/PAL version, yes.
