Hi,

recently I met a cheater, very obvious as well...got all plane upgrades in minute 4, 8 factories, upgraded ACU and so on. I just did not care, thought it was a single incident.

Then 2 days later (today) there was another player, having a nuke, upgraded ACU ready in minute 7... So there are not many players left in SC2 and now there are suddenly cheaters around that found a new way to kill this game...
Anything known about this or anything one can do?

Ok awesome, now nearly every noob knows about the cheat... 4th game where someone was cheating and they don't even hide it.

And this is why Sc2 Sucks. Online atleast.

Thats why Skirmish is still good. And with the New RV to come out, Sc2 will be even better :3

Also I just want to note you could still encounter cheaters if you're running revamped, not sure what the ReVamped mod had to do with cheating!

Next time Brandon you might want to make sure things are properly explained before hitting the Submit button.

Brandon, you're a hypocrite for calling others stupid due to confusion you created by failing to properly explain yourself in what could easily be considered a spam post which did nothing to further discussion of the actual topic at hand and then chose to escalate the situation instead taking the proper course of action of reporting any inappropriate post(s).

Edwood: Yes, unfortunately cheating has been a fairly common occurrence since more or less release, unfortunately at this point the chances of SE releasing any further funding to fix such a multiplayer issue(s) are slim to none, I wouldn't be surprised if they ever showed any serious interest towards multiplayer at all. If you go back through a few pages of this subforum you'll find a handful of threads regarding cheaters, feel free to PM me if you have any further questions.


I think this thread has outlived it's usefulness so I will be locking it, Brandon my PM inbox is always open if you want to make more "witty" remarks.
