I'm a big fan of the great games that Gas Powered Games have put out. Therefore I only have one suggestion.

Don't let Square Enix anywhere near this!

I guess SE is one of the best publishers around the world.Which company else you want let their hands on it?

THQ ? , EA ?!!

Just look @ the lack of patches for GPGnet and Forged Alliance..
And I won't even think about how much peoples will buy it ,if it would be released on EAs origin thing.

No keep it internal is the best gpg can do as they can do what they want with it when they want with out waiting for SQ or THQ or EA to say yes or no..
If they keep working on AoEo and keep money they can keep on K&C on the down low which will take longer but keep GPG in control of all the game.

I would prefer the route that Red describes, especially in today's era of a great service like Steam.

I hope 'Large Indie Studios' will be able to prosper in the future without necessarily having a publisher, so we can have top notch quality games without the rushed releases, overpricing, and all the other types of meddling publishers do (especially creatively).

Only to have support for a game dropped at their whim instead the people that actually care about it; the ones who created and fostered it.
