Are you kidding? Ranting xBots are hilarious. Cathartic, too, you just click and unwind. Scotchtape is greatly entertaining.

Yeah... you could chill out. xbaks version is an insult to SupCom. I live with it. I hate it for being bad but I like it for being an introduction to the best damn RTS going.

LET'S GET THE LEAD OUT

We can make it the longest!

Hey, maybe if we humiliate the people who liked the 360 game enough, the devs will make the sequel's 360 port better!

He was driven away because after a while, even the most innocent posts of his caused half the population of this forum to shout insults at him, until he was banned and never returned.

i just want to say what about the people who cant afford to make there own computer? expecialy in a time like this! so what you zoom out and you hear stuff louder, i use it to my advantage! it lets me know that somethings going on somewheres. and the freezing...it makes you take a break and let your game and xbox cool down and i know not everyone sees things this way but i do. so im changing what i said before to this...
please stop harassing the people who have been here for long and harass the young noobs that come here to the point that they spaz out cause you have to agree its funny when noobs spaz, but to the point cant we just get along? one more thing the campaigns are the same you stupid twat only ones on a pc ones on a console you say there different but i used a walkthrough that someone made for the pc and it worked the exact same!

Sorry about that outburst i just wanted to put it out there

A pc that will play supcom is not expensive. I think you could do it for under £450 and that includes a 20" widescreen monitor.

This system will happily play supcom and probably has some overclocking potential.
It might not be TOP spec, but it isn't crap. I said a computer that will play Supcom and this will, for under £450. You might even be able to get away with a cheaper mobo.

Well ok, but still, that's not the only point. Like that he would have to assemble hit himself. Self assembly is not a problem for you and me, but maybe for him and others. Furthermore you need an operating system and way, way more time to install and even maintain everything. With a console you buy the console itself and the game and that's it.

Nope, he loved the 360 version and he though he was the greatest player ever, I don't like the 360 version I and don't care enough to play.

After months of observation, i'm finally interested enough to register as a user.

And my opening statement?

Why is it that every user that says he has the sexbox version always make other users look like incompetent n00bs? I have the 360 version because i'm not gonna plop down 400+ US dollars to play a single game.

Do I wish I had a good pc? YES

Do I wish I had Forged alliance? Even moreso

you know what? i like the 360 port.

Controls? Anyone who has had the console for at least four days can play it.

Graphics? Better than my pc could ever do.

Lag? I installed it to the hard drive, hasnt lagged since.

Less units? even so, it has a shitload more than any other game.

Most other things on the list? Pure Biased Bullshittery.

If money is that much of an issue, then fine. It's the ones who insist that the 360 version is somehow better that are hilariously wrong.

money is not the only issue, but i couldnt agree more of how the pc version is superior.

I'm just pissed that You pc guys capitalize on your "so called" superiority, instead of recognizing some guys who just want to enjoy a quality RTS who don't have an able pc.

oh, we most definitely recognise that many people want quality RTS titles, but can't afford a quality PC.

however, in that case saving up the cost-price of a console and accessories will get you most-of-the-way-there when it comes to affording a worthwhile PC.

unless you're absolutely filthy rich, one cannot afford to have both a good PC and a current console. one must choose their allegiance and stick with it.

but considering that having a PC is pretty much a necessity to life nowadays (rather unfortunately so), one must ask the question; why not spend a little extra money on the computer to go from email-machine for your Grandmother to a respectable gaming machine?
