Like it or not, book 1 is kind of like the “opening” one and well… let’s just say my writing has improved since then and it could use a tune up So at any rate, my answer is: I’m not sure (Feel free to throw suggestions though such as past characters which were interesting and such)
Feel free to give us some back story on Bagby. That's always entertaining.

I'd definitely like to know more about Mather. He's a pretty critical character, but I'm not entirely sure how much depth he got.

A suggestion is writing a book about a historical event in the Supreme Commander Universe, like the beginning of the Infinite War or something.

Review your previous books to bring them up to the same quality as the current ones, I'd say.

Dots has so many amazing characters, and if he wrote that he could only use Brackman. Not only that, but any military stuff would have to all be redone because they used totally different units at the time.

you could supplement the current books with more details about the characters and other events about them but not as related to the main story. like you could flesh out the whole dostya + queren thing or something.

I think that was always supposed to be secretive and mysterious.

Review your previous books. Epic literature is always a pleasure to read if it has perfect grammar.
However if you do consider writing a new book while we wait for SC2, I´d like the new generation of commanders to go to Alpha Seven from your third book and face whatever is waiting there.
It has always annoyed me that you gave us such a cliffhanger.

I think I've settled my mind on a little of both; a mini-book until Supcom 2 comes out accompanied by corrections to the original books. Now what could possibly fit in a mini book? You guys will have to wait to find out

Maybe something about Brackman's escape from Earth? That's not something we've heard a lot about. Would make for some interesting reading.

Badass! I'm not sure what you're going to do now, but I'll probably buy SupCom 2 just what you write about it.

Applause! Very nice wrap up. It leaves things so...open ended. Congrats on another masterpiece dots. The timing couldn't have been better, either. I'm leaving for Costa Rica in the morning and was wondering how I was going to get my fix. Thanks a lot.
Until next time,
Marc

ROFL at the meal, I had to really struggle to keep track of all the plate switching, Bagby's mere presence causing something like that so fit with the story.
Loved the tension between the Redfogs as well, really fit with their nature of the apprentice killing the master and so on. I think you've wrapped that up brilliantly dots, preserving ya best characters, and pointing the story in the right direction while still leaving it open ended.
Absolutely amazing work, can't wait till yer next ones.
Would suggest you go back and fully revitalise the older books into full publishable standard, then get working on that. Then in the meantime if ya have any spare time and wish to, throw us a few side stories, anything about backstories or what the characters are doing in the meantime, and also any about the few lose ends like that wierd planet with the Sephy ghosts would be awesome.

the dinner scene, absolutely hilarious; and Redfog, i can honestly say i don't think i've ever seen such a badass character, can't wait to see what the future has in store.

Wasn't that some sick seraphim experiment altogether?
Any way, I think Brackmans excape would be an interesting mini-book story aswell.
Nice chapter and epilogue Dots, nice implications at the end!

Excellent. I know I use that word every time, but that's because it's true.
