with permission from domino, i have tried to create a mod which allows the BO ACU to have the new enhancements from 4DC. i've copied over the UEF acu's merge unit blueprints from 4dc, and changed the unitid to match that of the BOACU. every time i start it up, the game ctds. i think it has more to do with the mod_info than it does with the blueprints. any help making a mod_info file?

here ive done 99% of the work for you,

things you need to complete..

1. add in required mods for 4dc and blackops acus UIDs in the modinfo.lua file

2. look in the merge files in the merge folder and change the prereqiite for these enhancements, to an enhancement that the ACU has in the same slot!

once these 2 things are done, its complete and will work fine.

oh wow... okay. thanks domino. i figured the best way to do it was for the dgun to come after the "jury rigged" weapon enhancement so i'll just get on that! :D

you can post this as your own mod, so change the mod_info.lua file to reflect your name ect as the author :)

okay. i set it up so the dgun is unlocked through the t1 "jury rigged" weapon, tested it, and it worked. now i gotta figure out how to upload it. XD

new issue... the mod_info gets messed up every time i edit it. i'm not sure what i'm doing wrong.

Hi,

when yours copying the mod uid's for bo:acu's and 4dc, add a comma , to the end of each uid, like so

also add this param to the mod_info.lua file

okay. i'll add that in. as it is right now, it's just using the mod_info you gave me, and i put the requirements in the post on the forums. also, i really don't feel like i should take much credit at all, as you ended up doing pretty much all the work anyways... i just brought up the idea. :/
