If by [flash] you mean flashing text, then no, that would just be obnoxious.

If by [flash] you mean flash insertion into a post, then HELL no, because that would be a security risk.

I'm pretty sure that [flash] means Flash, as in Adobe Flash, the thing that powers virtually every interactive thing on the Internets.

The BBcode is there for flash, but I'm still up in the air on whether we want to allow embedding it into the forums.
