I have a Nvidia 450 GTS card
Win 7 64bit
Oct core AMD CPU
Asus M5A99X

I noticed an EXTREME loss of frame rate and interface response time.
-To the point of complete unplayability even at rock bottom detail levels

I did a driver roll-back; Instant performance to previous levels (near max)

If anyone has a work around to allow current (new) drivers to work with 450 would like to know.

Does anyone know if this effects other cards?

Yeah the new Beta 304.48 drivers are causing the issue here. GTX 580 Mouse dissapearing/flickering low performance aswell.
